Kia ora Miss Naden and Room 5! I am a Manaiakalani facilitator here in Tairāwhiti and I work with Mrs Torrie, who comes to visit your school sometimes. I so enjoyed reading your blog post about your learning this week! What a special thing to share! Miss Naden, I love how excited you are about your learners' writing and maths, and the bitmoji reactions you have on them. Isn't it great when students show us what great learning they've been doing? I really enjoyed the pictures too! Jahzel your picture of your teddy made me think of my teddy. He and I have just created a video of us reading one of my favourite stories, to send to my niece who lives in Auckland. Teddy and I read 'Munkle Arvur and the Bod'. Have you heard of it? It's a great story and teddy and I really enjoyed it. I've had this teddy for a long time, since one of my children was little. Your teddy sounds really special because he came from your sister. What colour is he? Keep sharing great learning with us everyone, I really love reading it! Especially at the moment when we can't come in to school to see you creating it. Stay safe in your bubbles, Mrs Williams
Thank you for commenting on our blog Mrs Williams. We love it when people visit to see our awesome work. We haven't read that story but we might check the school library when we are allowed back on site to see if it's there!
It's so great when I get sent pictures of their work and especially when they are just as or even more excited than I am.
Thanks for visiting our blog and come back next week to see our fantastic learning continue.
Kia Ora Miss Naden. I must congratulate you on the way you are sharing your students learning on this blog. The use of a google slide deck to show the week's highlights was a brilliant idea :) Keep up the great work of teaching, learning, creating & sharing from home. Miss M
Whats's up Room 5 neighbours!! You guys are doing some fun learning from home. So fun infact I think Room 6 might have to copy some of your fun art work. You are doing some awesome maths work. I look forward to seeing your learning next week. Arohanui,
